• Form I-9 - Employment Eligibility Form

    All new employees in the United States must complete this form, as mandated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  New employees have 30 days from their date of hire to complete this form.

     

    Here are directions for completing this form:

    Please complete “Section 1. Employee Information and Verification” of the I-9 Form. You must then bring the form, along with appropriate forms of identification as listed on the back of the form (most new employees use a passport OR driver’s license AND Social Security Card) to the district office or the main office of any of the five schools in the Bloomsburg Area School District. You must submit the I-9 Form to a building secretary and also show them your original identification documents.
